Holiday Baking



Pumpkin Coffee Cake

 yellow cake mix
16 oz canned pumpkin
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c oil
3 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Combine ingredients.
Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
Spread in to greased and floured 8x8 pan.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 c sugar,
 1/4 c margarine and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Cut until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
 Cut gently mixture into batter
leaving most of the mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degress for 40-45 minutes.
