Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Small can of crushed pineapple
1/3 cup melted margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
yellow cake mix
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Stir together melted margarine and brown sugar. Spread mixture on sprayed cake pan and follow with pineapple. Prepare cake mix, using pineapple juice for part of the water. Pour batter in pan. Bake per package directions. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen edges and invert onto servin dish.
