Holiday Baking

Lemon Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degreees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Combine Lemon Cake Mix, 5 large eggs, 1 cup water, and 1/3 cup oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degree for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Invert onto heat resistant serving plate. Cool completely.

For glaze, place Duncan Hines Lemon Creamy Home-Style Frosting in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 10-15 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
