I do not care for pumpkin soup!

Growing up, my mother mentioned more than once that she did not care for pumpkin soup. It had been a staple meal for the family during the depression. The idea did not sound especially tastey to me either but I am now determined to find out fo myself. I am in the process of collecting recipes, including soup, that use pumpkin as one of the ingredients.

Breasfast

Monkey Bread Minis

1/2 c margarine, melted
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cans pilsbury crescents

Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix margarine and brown sugar, spoon 1 tbs mixture into each muffin cup.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in ziplock baggies. Separate dough and cut each into 6 pieces. Shake in bag to coat. Place 10 pieces in each muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool 1 minute and turn upside down. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
